Lady’s Pep (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Lady’s Pep is an educational app and does not provide medical care.

Information we may collect

• Name, email, and phone number when you request coaching.
• Peptide interest, main goal, biggest concern, and notes you submit in the coaching form.
• Coaching form submissions, including your consent confirmation.
• Local tracker data (peptide name, date, mood, symptoms, notes) which may stay on your device.
• Device and app usage data if and when implemented (for example, app version and basic stability).

How coaching submissions are stored

Coaching form submissions may be stored using Supabase or a similar backend provider so our team can respond to your request. We use this information to reply to support and coaching requests.

Local tracker data

Local tracker data may stay on your device unless cloud sync is added in a later version. You can delete local tracker data anytime from Profile → Delete local tracker data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use data for third-party advertising tracking.
• We do not ask for and you should not submit emergency issues, full medical records, or highly sensitive documents through the coaching form.

How we use information

• To respond to your coaching or support request.
• To improve educational content and app stability.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Children

Lady’s Pep is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Avoid submitting sensitive medical records or anything you would not share in a normal support request.

Your choices

• Delete local tracker data in the app at any time.
• Request deletion of your coaching submission by emailing privacy@ladyspep.com.
• Avoid submitting information you do not want stored.
