By using Lady’s Pep (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Educational only

Lady’s Pep is educational only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or dosing instructions. It does not source peptides or recommend specific peptide use.

No clinician–patient relationship

Using Lady’s Pep, including requesting coaching support, does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Coaching is educational and organisational support only.

No emergency use

Lady’s Pep is not for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not use the app or coaching form for urgent medical issues.

No dosing or prescribing

The app never calculates or suggests a dose, never prescribes, and never endorses sourcing. Any amount field is free text only and is not interpreted by the app.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for consulting a licensed clinician before making any decision related to peptides. You are responsible for the notes you choose to keep in the tracker and the information you submit in the coaching form.

Coaching is support only

Coaching is educational and organisational support. It is not medical care, diagnosis, prescribing, dosing, or treatment. Coaches help you organise your concerns and prepare better questions for a licensed clinician.

No guarantee of outcomes

Lady’s Pep makes no guarantee regarding any outcome. Information is provided “as is”. Your results and experiences may differ.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lady’s Pep and its providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or any coaching submission. You use the app at your own risk.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit emergency medical issues, full medical records, or highly sensitive documents.
• Do not use the app to source, sell, or distribute peptides.
• Do not misuse the coaching form or attempt to overwhelm our support channels.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
